Not many changes have been made to the cosmetics of the set as we found this very popular with chefs, however a lot of changes have been made to the specs.

Velcro Roll up carry case This knife set comes in a heavy duty Velcro roll up storage case which is perfect if you are travelling. They are perfect for the professional chef or total amateur as well as for the domestic house or college student The whole set weighs around 6lbs. The knives are made from high grade stainless steel which hold a razor sharp edge longer than other cheaper steel that is offered on a lot of the cheaper knife sets on the market. It resists rust, stains and corrosion. Please note as with all professional chefs and kitchen knife sets DO NOT use these in the dishwasher as the detergent used is very abrasive to the knives and the wash cycle can bang the knives around and remove the edge so please HAND WASH the knives.
